Karma is a measure of your good deeds.
Karma is a rough measurement of how much you contribute to and how much the community trusts you; it is earned by actively participating in the network and convincing your peers that you know what you’re talking about. The more Karma you earn, the more visibility you gain. We are still developing the Karma concept and we will be optimizing it over time including feedback from you. That is intentional. We don’t run this site; you, community does!
The primary way to gain reputation is by posting good cases with clinical questions and useful replies and suggested diagnosis. Votes on these posts also cause you to gain Karma.
