How to Renew Access for a Public Link Collection with Expired Dates
Step 1: Open the Original Collection
- Log in to CMRAD and go to your original Collection found via the My Collections menu or open your collection via a direct link.
Step 2: Open the Collection and Create a new Public Link via the Options
- Open the collection.
- Click Options > Create Public Link.
Step 3: Update Access Start and End Dates.
- Define new Start and End dates.
- Here you can also update the password (optional) if needed. Passwords can include UPPERCASE letters and numbers.
- A previously used password will remain unless updated or not required.
When new access details are defined > Click Submit.
Step 4: Copy and Share the Invite Link & Password
- Share the link with the updated password via email, chat, or any preferred method.
- The public link (invite link) used previously will remain as before if only renewing dates; however, new access dates and passwords (if updated) will now apply.
When details are set > Click Close.
Additional Tips

- Open the invite link via an incognito window to preview the public collection.
- Public link access is limited to a maximum time of 1 month.
- Access dates can be renewed multiple times and at any point.
- You must be the case and collection owner to use this feature.
- For optimal performance, preload collection studies in the viewer if not opened in the last 30 days.
