Invite to group

Use the steps below to invite users to your group via email when you are in a Group

 

1. To start click the group options (3 dots) and select "Invite to group"

2. Insert email address.  Emails can be added one at a time or in a batch.

3. Select the invited user's role in the group.

A Group Collaborator can edit the group details, add or remove members, create quizzes, and upload media content.

Group Member (default) can view and engage with published group content only. 

 

4. Finally click Submit and an email (in English) with a special link is sent.

  • The invitation link is valid for 7 Days. If the user does not accept the emailed invitation within this timeframe, a new invitation will need to be sent.
  • If the invited user does not have a Collective Minds account, they will be directed to a page to complete their details. Once registered, their free account will be verified, granting them access to the platform and the group.
  • If the invited participant already has an account and accepts the invitation, they will be taken directly to the group to explore the material.
  • The number of users that can be added to the group is determined by the group creator's account limit.
