Mention and notify other users, e.g. @gregory-house

Use the @user alias to refer to a colleague.

All users on Collective Minds® have an alias which by default is set to @firstname-lastname. Any time you include a @user in any case, the mentioned user is notified.

Examples of user mentions:

• @gregory-house please check $02 for #osteoporosis

• Suspected #fracture on $01, @john-galt would you please check?

You can mention a user both in the case details of your case or in a reply. Read more about how to use the reply function here.
