When uploading or editing a case within your group, you have the option to hide it. This feature is particularly useful for setting up quizzes, ensuring that the case is only visible in the quiz module.

Upload or Edit the Case
- Start by uploading a new case or editing an existing one.

Enable the Draft Option
- Ensure the case is in DRAFT mode to access the hide option.

Select the Hiding Option
- When the case is in DRAFT mode and you choose to publish it to a group, a selectable option will be presented. Select this option to hide the case from group members upon publication.

Viewing Hidden Cases
Even when hidden, cases will still be visible through:
- The quiz module
- My Cases > Open Cases menu
- The shared URL link

How to Unhide a Case
To unhide a case, unselect the hide option when the case is in DRAFT mode.
