Steps to Set Up a Session

  1. Publish Cases to a Private Group or Post Them as Hidden in a Shared Group
    Begin by uploading cases to a new private group or publish new cases as Hidden in a shared group to keep them unseen by trainees until the session starts. Learn how to upload a case.

  2. Create a Small Collection for the Session
    Organize the cases into a collection for easy access and structure during the session. Learn how to create a collection.

    Generate a shareable link, protect it with a password, and set an access date to control when trainees can view the cases. Learn how to share your case collection.

Conducting the Hot Seat Session Online

  • Share the Link: Provide the collection link to the radiology trainee.
  • Screen Sharing: Ask the trainee to preload the case in full and share their CMRAD DICOM viewer screenPreload GIF-gif
